Continuing a Legacy of Excellence: This latest honour; the 2degrees Best of the Best Award for Excellence in Customer Service Delivery marks a proud milestone for Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre, celebrating outstanding achievement across the wider Auckland business community. It follows our earlier win at the 2degrees Auckland Business Awards 2024 South and East Regional Gala Dinner in December 2024.

Presented at the prestigious 2degrees Best of the Best ceremony in April 2025 at Cordis Auckland, the award places us among the top 1% of businesses in the Auckland region, recognized for our dedication, innovation, and commitment to excellence.

Judges at the 2degrees Auckland Business Awards praised Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre for its consistent excellence in customer service. Special mention was given to the front desk and AV teams for their professionalism and proactive approach, ensuring seamless and memorable guest experiences.
